Renewal of RTF for the AY 2015-16

Dear Students,
                      For renewal of Fees Reimbursement for the AY 2015-16 the following copies are must.
                  1. Income Declaration Affidavit both signed by Yourself and Parent 
                  2. Previous Year/Sem Marks Statement Scanned Copy
                  3. Aadhar Cards of  (i) Self  (ii) Father  (iii) Mother
                  4. Phone number to receive Password.
                           After submitting the Fees reimbursement application,kindly submit the printed application along with all Testimonals like.  Aadhar Card Xerox copies(Self,Father,Mother), Ration Card Xerox,Integrated Certificate(Community,Nativity,Date of Birth Certificate) Original,Income Declaration Affidavit Original, Bank Pass Book First Page Xerox copy(SC,ST,BC),Allotment Order copy,BTech TC Xerox copy, MTech Previous Year/Sem Marks Statement.
